How to keep my Betta healthy?

I need some tips on keeping my bettas healthy-FREE OF DISEASE ) …Its home is in little bowls..I have 2 Variety of Foods,bloodworms and some bettamin flakes,and a product call Atisons Betta SPA..I want them to be healthy and fit I have 3 short tailed betta,1 female and 2 male,and 1 male long tail betta..so far one of the male short tailed is sick..(not eating,white on face(NOT FUNGUS SINCE NOT HAIRY,ITS LIKE SCALE CHANGING COLOR).and the other ones are ok ….

bowls need 100%water changes every 3 days. however, bowls aren’t great because bettas are tropical fish that prefer a water temp around 80°F.

and as far as telling you to get a real tank, you know a proper home, if you can’t provide the right environment you shouldn’t have gotten it. even fish are living things that deserve proper care.
